Stopped at the site of the Waterford concrete park on the way home form Dublin..came down the coast.They have'nt even started pouring the concrete yet,it seems like they are regressing rather than progressing.The coping is in that seems to be the only difference since the week after Easter weekend when I last saw the site in the flesh.I can safely say they are gone over budget as they are well behind on completion.I took some shots of it will let you know when they are uploaded.
